We price by how much space your rubbish takes in the van, with loading, transport and disposal included. Whether it’s a single item or a full van, send a photo and we’ll give you one fixed price with nothing added on the day.

Often, but not always: we’re a small owner-run team with one van. If it’s urgent, say so and send photos on WhatsApp, because a small job can sometimes be fitted in the same day.

No. The price we agree from your photos or description is the price you pay, as long as what’s there matches what you showed us. If there’s more when we arrive, we tell you before we load it.

Usually not. A few clear photos on WhatsApp or through the quote form are enough for most jobs. For a full house we may ask to have a look first.

Not always. If the rubbish is outside or somewhere we can get to, we can collect while you’re out once the price is agreed. For anything inside, someone needs to let us in.

No. We carry everything out ourselves, from upstairs rooms, lofts, garages, sheds and back gardens. You don’t need to move a thing.

We don’t take fridges, freezers, TVs or large electrical items, because they need a specialist recycling route. Paint, chemicals, gas bottles and asbestos need specialist disposal too. If you’re not sure about something, send us a photo and ask.

Everything goes to a licensed waste facility, where as much as possible is sorted for recycling. We never fly-tip, and we can give you a waste transfer note for your records.

The law says householders must make reasonable checks that whoever takes their waste is a registered carrier. If your rubbish is fly-tipped by someone unlicensed, you can be fined. You can check our registration, CBDU539050, on the Environment Agency’s public register.

Yes, on request. It records what was taken, who took it and where it went, and it’s your proof that the waste was handed to a registered carrier.

Yes, and we’ll go at whatever pace suits the family. We can work around anything you want to keep, set aside papers and photos we find, and collect keys from an agent or relative if you’re not local.

It depends on the size of the property and how full it is. We’ll give you an idea of timing with your fixed price.

Yes. A single wardrobe, bed or table is fine. Send a photo and we will give you a fixed price.

Yes, we carry sofas, armchairs and mattresses out of any room and down the stairs. If something is truly stuck, we’ll talk to you before taking anything apart.

That is what we are for: hedge cuttings, branches, turf, old pots and fencing, cleared from the front or the back and loaded straight into the van.

Of course. Point out what’s staying and we’ll work around it, then sweep the floor once everything else is gone.

It helps, but it isn’t essential. We need safe access through the hatch and something to stand on. Tell us what the loft is like when you send your photos.

Wyre Council’s bulky collection takes three items for £25 with a wait of around five weeks. We can usually come much sooner and take as much as you need in one visit.

Vans going to the Jameson Road household waste site have to book a slot. With us you don’t need a slot, a van or a permit.

Blackpool’s household waste site is on Bristol Avenue, but vans need a permit and can’t go at weekends. We’ll take it for you instead.
