Tell us what’s staying and what’s going. We can clear a single room, everything but the carpets, or the whole property including the loft, garage and garden.

Clearing a relative’s home is hard. We work at the pace that suits you, set aside papers, photos and anything that looks personal, and keep you updated if you can’t be there. If you’re not local, we can collect keys from an estate agent, solicitor or relative.

We’re an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU539050). Everything goes to a licensed facility and you can have a waste transfer note, which executors and landlords often need.

Questions about house clearance
Can you clear a house after a bereavement?
Yes, and we’ll go at whatever pace suits the family. We can work around anything you want to keep, set aside papers and photos we find, and collect keys from an agent or relative if you’re not local.
How long does a house clearance take?
It depends on the size of the property and how full it is. We’ll give you an idea of timing with your fixed price.
Do you need to visit before giving a price?
Usually not. A few clear photos on WhatsApp or through the quote form are enough for most jobs. For a full house we may ask to have a look first.
Where does my rubbish go?
Everything goes to a licensed waste facility, where as much as possible is sorted for recycling. We never fly-tip, and we can give you a waste transfer note for your records.
